Welcome to our community meetings or Symposium (“Symposiums”) will take place at 3rd party locations (the “Venue”) on announced dates from this website. This registration agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Autonomy Association International Inc. (“AAI”) and you, the “Registrant.” This Agreement includes and incorporates by reference the AAI.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

The registration fee for Symposium registration will depend on your ticket type. All fees must be paid at the time of registration. Once payment is finalized, no adjustment, reimbursements, or discounts may be applied and all fees are non-refundable. All tickets for the Symposium are non-transferable, and AAI will not accommodate requests for substitution.

GOVERNMENT, ACADEMIC, AND NON-PROFIT RATE

Current full-time employees of U.S. federal, state or local government agencies and current full-time employees of international government agencies, as well as current students and full-time employees of a non-profit organization may purchase their Symposium ticket for a price as listed on an order form with validation by badge, identification, or other form of valid verification upon check-in at the Symposium. Please note that if AAI is unable to verify or validate your status, you may be denied entry.

Public Officials and Employees: By registering you represent, you will comply with all applicable ethics rules and regulations in connection with your attendance, including any reporting obligations. If you are prohibited from accepting AAI hospitality at this event, arrangements can be made to provide you with an invoice. Please reach with any questions or to make such arrangements.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING AAI reserve the right to use images taken at the Symposium that include your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials. The Symposium is held in a public space, and participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations or other companies may photograph, video-record or tape Symposium activities. By registering and attending the Symposium, you acknowledge that your participation and attendance may result in you being photographed or otherwise recorded and that these images or recordings may be distributed publicly in association with the Symposium.

The views expressed by any Symposium attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor are not necessarily those of AAI or its affiliates and subsidiaries. All Symposium attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online content.

FORCE MAJEURE Due to reasons outside AAI’s control, the Symposium may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled without liability on the part of AAI. AAI shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control In the event the Symposium cannot be held or is postponed for one of the above reasons, Symposium shall not be liable to any attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses, and shall only be responsible for refunding the registration fee to the attendee.
